1. Consultancy Service Fees
The fees paid to NextGen Visa Consultants are for professional consultancy, documentation assistance, application preparation, and visa appointment support. These fees are service charges and are generally non-refundable once the service has commenced.
2. Government Fees
Any visa application fees, embassy fees, biometric fees, VFS/BLS service charges, or other government-related charges are paid directly to the respective authorities and are non-refundable, unless otherwise stated by the respective government or visa application center.
3. Cancellation by the Client
If you decide to cancel your application after we have started processing your case, no refund will be provided for the consultancy fee.
4. Visa Refusal
Visa approval or refusal is solely at the discretion of the respective Embassy, Consulate, or Immigration Authority. NextGen Visa Consultants does not guarantee visa approval. Therefore, our consultancy fees are not refundable in the event of a visa refusal.
5. Incorrect or Incomplete Information
If an application is delayed, rejected, or refused due to incorrect, incomplete, or misleading information provided by the applicant, no refund will be issued.
6. Duplicate or Excess Payments
If you accidentally make a duplicate payment or are charged more than once for the same service, the excess amount will be refunded after verification within 7–10 business days using the original payment method.
7. Service Not Started
If payment has been made but the requested consultancy service has not yet commenced, refund requests may be considered on a case-by-case basis. Approved refunds, if any, may be subject to administrative charges.
8. Processing Time for Approved Refunds
Where a refund is approved, it will generally be processed within 7–10 business days. The actual credit time may vary depending on your bank or payment provider.
9. Changes to This Policy
NextGen Visa Consultants reserves the right to modify or update this Refund Policy at any time without prior notice. The latest version will always be available on our website.
